Basic Information
The San Clemente Golf Club has long been a favorite of Southern California golfers. Built by renowned Golf Course Architect William “Billy” Bell on land donated by city founder Ole Hanson, the course consisted of nine holes on opening day in 1930, with what is now the back nine being added in 1955. Municipally owned and operated since its inception, the San Clemente Golf Club is aptly known as the “Pride of the Pacific.” The golf course boasts sweeping ocean views, interesting elevation changes, a challenging yet fun layout reminiscent of the golden age of golf, and best of all, reasonable green fees. Holes-18, Par-72. Length-6447 yards.

Fantastic Pacific Ocean view, we can enjoy the typical SoCal golf here with just $39 for weekend afternoon tee off. Course level is normal, not so difficult layout. Less bunkers and No water hazard, OB is also less. Some holes are slightly up and down slopes, but still mild. Green is also comfortable. Fairway lawn condition is maintained, not excellent just county public level condition, however rough lawn is very stiff, massively tough, I feel pain on my left wrist after play today. And one more challenge is strong wind. If I say some comments, its it’s difficult to book the tee time usually and overall play pace is a little slow, I think this course is very popular and some queue is made by back to back play. Difficulty of tee time booking and Ocean view, this course impress me very similar atmosphere with Los Verdes.
48 45 93 No improvement.. how can I do.. San Clemente is very high cost performance one. I must do return match here.
