Holes 18 / Par 72 / Length 7167 yards, the tone of the round at Maderas Golf Club is set right from the start with two decidedly uphill holes followed by a big downhill par 5 highlighted by a fabulous panoramic view. With the beauty, challenge and variety of holes 14 through 18, in particular, a view of the 18th hole.

New year work shop Day-2 at Maderas golf club.
This is the fabulous golf course, I think 2nd position of the most luxurious and expensive-play-fee course at San Diego. This course has been selected as Top 100 US course on Golf digest.
Actually we could enjoy to play the golf seeing the beautiful mountain and botanical scenery. Surely the lawn condition is perfect, the green is also maintained perfectly. However the course difficulty level is extremely difficult and challenging, tight and narrow fairway, drastically up and down slope, so many bunkers and water hazards. I need to do the pin-point driver shot at every part 5 holes. All par 3 holes have the long distance, around 200 yards even for par 3. And the green is also very fast and slippery.
I think it’s most unforgettable but challenging course in my golf experience.
50 53 103.. Our tee time was 7:30am start today, it was so cold this morning, almost freeze, I want to make believe it’s root cause.
