Arrowhead Country Club

Arrowhead Country Club (ACC) is a storied California golf course. Launched in 1924 as a humble 9-hole golf course with sand greens, ACC was transformed 4 years later into a magnificent 18 hole golf course under the direction of legendary architect William P. Bell. ACC became a member owned equity club in 1944 and up until 2017 remained one of the formative private clubs in Southern California. Today, ACC is Semi-Private and the public is welcome to experience its historic grounds. Playing 6,619 yards, the routing winds through a garden of hundred year old oaks, pines, and sycamores. The greens structures are some of the best you will ever find. They watch guard over lush and sometimes treacherous bent grass greens belied by subtle rises and falls. PGA legend David Stockton learned to putt at ACC.

PGA WEST – Greg Norman Course

Carved by time between some of the oldest and newest mountain ranges in North America lies PGA WEST, a geographically blessed golf destination. Symbolized by Coral Mountain which rises from the shell-laden desert floor bearing the distinct markings of an ancient ocean, the designs of nature and golf visionaries now rule this once submerged paradise. The newest course at PGA WEST and the only Greg Norman-designed golf course in the Coachella Valley is aptly described as being very "challenging but fair." Sporting only 68 acres of lush manicured turf, 102 white crushed marble bunkers and shark blue water coming into play on 9 holes, this 7,200-yard course offers a truly "Outback" experience that will entice you back time and time again. Resting in a prehistoric ocean bed 40-feet below sea level and surrounded by an immense crescent of terra cotta mountains, the course teems with purple, white and yellow wildflowers, while the mix of tall and short native grasses produce different shades of green running almost to silver. The grass covers just 60 acres of tight fairways that taper toward the greens with nine ponds blanketing 18 acres. The demands of this target-style course are a challenge for players of all levels.
