Basic Information
筑波山麓の南東部・海抜150～250メートルにある１８Hの丘陵コース。高低差は各ホール間に吸収されているため、設計者・福井八十八氏の手によるコース作りは、アップダウンが少なく、コース自体は比較的フラット。また、グリーンメンテナンスに力をいれているため、高速グリーンが魅力。筑波山や関東平野を一望できる景色がとにかく素晴らしく、各ホールから筑波山が望める眺望の良さも、戦略的コース攻略の興味と相俟ってプレイに趣を与えて一見の価値あり。都心の高層ビル群・スカイツリーから、遠くに富士山・アルプスの山々を望むことができる。
ベントグリーンでリモコン式乗用カート55台を使用、ナビゲーションシステムも全カートに導入。地元名産のお米や蕎麦を使ったお食事も好評。

It was a nice sunny Saturday.
Here is the mountain view course at Tsukuba. We could see a nice landscape at every hole. The facility at club house is a little old, but good atmosphere.
Of course, the maintenance is also nice. I was impressed the green is nicely maintained. However, the course is tough, the fairway is very narrow and O.B. are arranged at both sides at every hole. In particular, In-course is very tricky, massively up and down. Out-course is wider and looks good to use the driver with no concern.
49 42 91, I have no chance to recover my score. But I realized how to change my swing to make a longer distance today.
