京成佐倉駅より徒歩5分、都心より50km以内という交通アクセスの良さ。
名匠･富澤誠造氏の設計の丘陵コース。ゆるやかな起伏を巧みに活かし、林間コースと丘陵コースの違った味をミックスしたような造り。池越えやドッグレッグなど戦略性が求められるレイアウトが特徴。乗用カートでのキャディ付きプレーが基本で、2グリーン制（高麗、ベント）を採用し ている。

This course is nested by Keisei Sakura station, it’s very easy access from station to course within 5 mins by walk.
It’s nice maintenance quality and enjoyable layout. The course difficulty is intermediate, Bunker and water hazards are less, and green speed is slow. I feel the facility of clubhouse is aging but normal.
