Basic Information
The Griffith Park Golf Complex houses two championship length courses, Wilson and Harding, each built in the early 1920’s. Both courses require well placed shots and a keen sense of course strategy, offer a distinct and remarkable experience, share amenities with a full service restaurant, golf shop, lounge, lighted driving range, and practice facilities. Although golf has been played in Griffith Park for over 100 years, Wilson opened in 1927.
Its location makes it ideal for families with its proximity to the L.A. Zoo and the Griffith Park Observatory. Wilson is one of the most highly touted municipal courses internationally and hosts many of the City championship events. This scenic course has played host to the Los Angeles Open.

Wilson & Harding Golf Courses – Harding is a more narrow tree lined course that wends its way through the hills of Griffith Park. . Although golf has been played in Griffith Park for over 100 years, Harding opened in 1923. The fairways are somewhat narrow with many challenging tough approaches into guarded greens. This mature course rewards accurate shot placement and course strategy to score well. Located in Griffith Park, deer sightings are not uncommon. Harding is a Golf Digest “Best Places to Play” Award Winner!

Happy Labor Day at Harding course at Wilson & Harding Golf Courses. Good condition, not so easy but not hard, intermediate course.
47 40 87. I’m satisfied under 90 score here. Over 113 F degree, and full walking again. It’s a death road…
Griffith Parkにある Wilson & Harding golf courseの片方。コースのConditionが良いわりに、PublicでVisitorでも週末$50で回れるので、なかなか予約が取りづらいコース。多少のUp Downはあるが、Fairwayは広めでプレッシャーは少ない。場所は、Griffith Park内、Griffith天文台のすぐ近くなので、CampやCyclingなど色々なReclationが豊富で、週末訪れる場所としてはとても人気が高い。
