The new gem of the East Inland Empire! A Pete Dye course that has been revamped from a challenging 27, to a more playable but still very exciting 18 hole course. Start on the subtle valley front nine winding between the houses and the lake. Then the spectacular finish on mountain nine, the course ascends into the hills above the houses giving many breathtaking views of the valley and the San Bernadino Mountain range in the distance. The course originally opened in 1988 as Moreno Valley Golf Course, but shuttered around 2015 only to open up in 2020 without what used to be known as the Lake Nine. What remains are the Valley (front) Nine and the Mountain (back) Nine. The changes included revamping the short par-4 18th into a par 3, to make this course a par 71 that plays 6,553 yards from the back set of tees. The front side winds between houses and a lake on the property, while the back nine ascends into the hills above the houses with great views of the valley as well as the San Bernardino Mountains in the background.

Great Mountain scenery course. Here is located a little far from my apartment, but good condition and affordable play fee, in particular today, because the green is punched for airation maintenance, just $40 per player cart included. Walking option is not available, all player must ride cart.
Course difficulty is intermediate level, fairway is narrow, it’s difficult to find the ball in case if the tee shot is missed entirely. There are some water hazards in Out course, however up down slope is natural . On the other hand, suddenly the rock hills and drastic up down appear in In course.
