KGA : Karnataka Golf Association : Building commenced on the Peter Thomson designed course in 1986 and local enthusiasts created this 125-acre golfing oasis, Situated approximately 10-kilometres east of Bangalore's city center is the Karnataka Golf Association's 18-hole golf course. Such is the quality of Karnataka that in 2012 it became the first venue outside New Delhi or Kolkata to host the Indian Open.
